[back in his cabin, beyond sits curled up on his bed, absently rolling the amulet cassel gave him between his thumb and fingers. he's been deep in thought for some time now, and he has another question for the barge.]
This is Beyond. [this is a wary, distrustful group; he'd been called out many times during his first inquiry for not announcing himself first, so he makes an effort to do so this time - if nothing else, to seem more trustworthy.] I have a question, for those of you who are inclined to answer. A response is not compulsory, but I would like to have as much feedback as possible.
My question is this: what makes you feel safe?
